eBay the New Money Police

News flash- eBay currently assuming too much control

Notice to eBay inc, it's staff and representatives.

The Constitution clearly states that we the people have Rights not necessarily enumerated there in. It is established in law that there is a Right to contract. There is also a restriction of corporations that does not allow them to deny a Right secured nor can a corporation discriminate against anyone for securing their Right. eBay inc, it's staff and representatives, have not been knowingly granted any rights in the contract that occurs between me, the seller in this case, and the buyer. The seller and buyer retain full Right to complete the sale in what ever way they so choose.

eBay inc, it's staff and representatives, are discriminating against me. eBay inc, it's staff and representatives, are detaining me based on discrimination. This is unacceptable in a country based on freedom and personal Rights. I agree to eBay being an intermediary for buyer and seller to meet. I do not give ebay any license to be a party to the contract thereafter completed by the buyer and seller. Any eBay inc, it's staff and representatives, 'policy' that assumes any attachment is Trespass.

Notice of Trespass

eBay inc, it's staff and representatives, has violated federal law by removing listings based on my PREFERENCE to allow payments in a form of exchange THAT I FIND ACCEPTABLE. Any more interference by eBay inc, it's staff and representatives, with my RIGHT to CHOOSE and my clients RIGHT to CHOOSE will be considered continued Trespass. Each such Trespass will incur a detainment fee of one thousand dollars (1,000.00) in the exchange of MY CHOICE, which may be either NORFED Liberty Dollars or sterling silver at one once per dollar, but not limited to these.

My dear bidders, I am truly sorry for having to list this in each auction. Until eBay inc, it's staff and representatives, resumes a policy in keeping with the Constitution and my Rights, please bear with me. It is sad that eBay inc, it's staff and representatives, will not allow 'hate' material from a time when freedoms were severely restricted, but will condone restriction of free trade and barter, even those mutually agreed upon. I feel this is completely violates the spirit in which eBay inc, it's staff and representatives, was originally created and continues to profit from.

We explicitly reserve the Right to accept our choice of payment, barter or trade for the items/services in our auctions. Those bidders who willingly agree to use forms of barter/payment now non-Constitutionaly bared from eBay are still welcome to inquire.

eBay and the Money Police

The above notice (with a few edits as I refined it) now stands on each page of my current auctions on eBay. I have taken this action to secure my Rights and am posting this article to further notice the public of the insidious actions of eBay, a once free trade zone that is quickly going the way of socialism faster than my auctions can get sniped. I need help. I need everyone who sees this to write to eBay and tell them it is not in their power to interfere with a transaction between seller and bidder. Their position as host does not allow them into the contract nor does it give them any right therein. My local paper can take my classified for a lawnmower, it can charge me for the listing, but it can not tell me or my buyer how we will settle with each other. eBay has no more right to interfere than the average local paper and must back off. Please if you value freedom and free markets, don't ignore this!
